Joint Loan Problem

To cut a long story short, I have a joint loan with a now ex girlfriend, i was first applicatant on loan application and her the second applicant, she has missed paying her share of the last two months repayments which she transfers into my account, what are my options if she stops paying, any advise given would be very helpfull

You are jointly and severally liable for the loan irrespective of who is first or second name on the documentation. This means that if one party cannot pay, then the other party must make the full loan repayment.Best Regards
