my daughter is nearly finnised her level 2 .the training provider is having some funding cut so she might not be able to do level 3 we think college level 3 might be a bit to much work for her.i do know she can be a nursey nurse which she is fine with but she wants to work with kids with specail needs which she doe,s on placements now.with level 2 can she still work in specail needs.

It sounds like she is a great young lady; her work experience will help her get her first paid employment in her field, the key will be to start applying for as many vacancies as she can, and her enthusiasm should do the rest. Good luck!0 -
thanks so much both my wife and myself are very proud of her, last week was her 1st school trip in sole charge of one of the kids in a wheelchair from her placement (they went to see a tall ship and guess what she said looking after her pupil was great but the ship was boring)

Studying for an NVQ3 should be exactly the same level if it's work based as if it's college based. She will really need to do this level at some point if she wants to progress in her career.0
