  • I had a similar question about selling my brand new iPod Touch 3rd generation, 8Gb.
I posted it in the 'I wanna buy-it or do-it' forum.

I wanted to see if people knew of other places such as CEX and cash converters - and other places that pay well for electronics.

This was about 2 weeks ago, but my thread was then closed - and I have been emailing the people behind the scenes as to why they closed my thread - but they keep passing me to others -and until now I have not had a decent reply - so I'm not sure how long your thread will remain open...

But anyway, Computer Exchange (CEX) is a decent store for selling electronic goods. They rate your item based on an A,B,C grading as to the condition of your item and accordingly price it.

Hope I helped a bit at least...

CEX are good as you can get a good idea online of what you might get (dependant on grade) for cash or trade for another item.

You could put it in your local newspaer / card in a supermarket so you keep the profits.
