Do they have their own accounts? Or are their accounts through you, with you acting as the "agent"?

Are the £300 and £120 amounts you mention part of the £800 - or are they separate?

CCCS should be able to advise you on this issue - I'm sure it won't be the first time they've come across it.
My posts are my own opinions based on my experiences and info gathered from sites such as this.
They are not a substitute for professional financial advice - but you knew that already didn't you? ;)

Do they have their own separate accounts or do you mean they owe some on yours? Also do they live at the same address as you?

Im still not sure what you're saying. Each is at their own address so are they in their names or yours? If they are in their names then they are their debts and your dmp wont have any effect.

If they have seperate accounts, these wont affect your debt or dmp. The only thing is the catalogue will notify them so they can arrange payment to the catalogue. If i were you, i would tell your brother and mum, as it will be better coming from you than the catalogue.
