Tesco double up beware....

I got all excited as on the new Tesco double up scheme it quite clearly listed mixers. Armed with my vouchers, I wanted to exchange for a Kenwood Mixers (Kitchen Machine) but, only certain 'Kitchen Machines' in the deal. Now it does not say this on the page and I'm still having it out with them.
Even their own customer services does not understand this!
So it won't be all Mixers, etc probably not all Toys.......
So before exchanging your points just double check the item you wish to purchase is in the scheme.

I would tell everyone beware, i work for tesco on the customer service desk and have to deal with irrate customers (justified in there anger) who double up and then can't use them on what they want. It is a minefield, why they can't just be doubled up and used for all categories is unfair. I feel the exclusion lists aren't very clear. Such a shame, prob see tesco on watchdog for this soon. My mum doubled up for a tv on direct now both tvs she wants are out of stock what a surprise.
