Thank you for your message. Sorry about the inconvenience. We had problems this morning with the webbsite. If you put in one voucher code you will only be charged £1.50 p/p. Since we charge manually you have not yet been charged the postage. We will charge and proceed the orders when we receive the voucher codes from Kgb. Sorry again.

i emailed them earlier abt the error in size and they said they would amend it and offered me a bracelet with more girlie charms like a heart and seahorse etc instead as it was for my 6 year old.

Try emailing them if the confirmation email shows the wrong size?
