16x13' room
- take plaster boards off ceiling - replace and plaster
- skim walls in living room
14'x 13' room
- skim walls
- skim ceiling
11'x10' room
- skim walls
- skim ceiling
11x6' room
- skim walls
- skim ceiling
Would removing radiators to do this be considered normal? (one per room)
Inclusive of material
Is the above a fair price?
I'm not sure if it includes painting latex basecoat or not...

600 quid to plaster a large room inc ceiling is not that bad.
so 2400 to do 4 rooms isnt way off.
you may have to remove the rads yourself. ask them if its included.Get some gorm.0 -
Had a quote last night. Kitchen (all units etc removed) walls and ceiling skimmed (18ft x 12ft) - £240
And I'm in the south0 -
Hello
Two rooms are large but the other two are quite small, think the quotes high myself but its always difficult to post a price from a simple description but I would be looking at around £15000 -

Also, how many days work does it sound like? I appreciate that there hsa to be time in-between to allow plaster to dry etc.
