Christmas Stockings with Cross Stitch Panel on it.

Hi,

I am looking for some Christmas Stockings which have a panel or section where you can cross stitch on a name. I don't want a large space as I have to do 4 in 4 days, so I just want it to be something small and quick I can do now.

I did something like this years ago using a small handtowel that had a cross stitch panel which I did in someones name.

So, does anyone have any advice as to where I could track there down? Time is of the essence of course - but happy to traipse around London to find them!

No idea sorry - was on a similar traipse round london the other week looking for similar - Dont bother going in Hamleys they had no stockings when we went in - selfridges had none with cross stitch panel on.
There is a christmas shop by the dungeons and london bridge tube station that might???wasnt open when we were there

Do you know any decent cross stitching places in London? I used to go to Liberty, but they have nothing these days. I presume somewhere there are specialist craft shops, but no idea where. Or has it all migrated online now?

How about buying some normal stockings and then either sewing on a aida band with xmas designs on, or a small aida patch, i know its not the same as the stocking already having a 'proper' panel on it too cross stitch, but i think it may look quite good anyway?

I was looking for these last year so I could do one for my boyfriend, in the end i just bought a plain stocking and did little cross stitches of a snowman, santa and a stocking, cut them out and stitched them onto the stocking!
