Farepak - Bonusbond - interesting info

I am new to this site, but thought after reading some of your posts you may be interested in the email I received from the company Bonusbond who so many of us had purchased their vouchers via Farepak, I too have been with Farepak for 6 years and this year lost almost 500 pounds which was all for their vouchers.
"If you have recently ordered vouchers or are planning to order vouchers from Farepak, we are very sorry, but I’m afraid we cannot help you. The only advice we can give is to contact Farepak.
Grass Roots was merely a supplier to Farepak. However we have received no orders from them with respect to supplying bonusbonds to them for Christmas orders.
Farepak should not be featuring bonusbonds on their website and we have asked them to remove all mention of bonusbonds from their website".
So for all of us who have been paying for these vouchers since Jan 06 and were expecting them in 2 weeks - Farepak had NEVER even ordered them, so they did know about this months ago and continued to take our money for something we were never going to receive.
