Can I ask (being nosey) how will you be celebrating this occasion?
and Eid Greetings to you

Thats how its been since last few years.
Well the day starts from geting a shower/bath, wearing new clothes, eating a sweet breakfast and getting ready for Eid prayers. (Thats normally an hour after sunrise)
Right after prayer its a community gathering and wishing everyone a happy Eid.
Then people take off to home. Most families visit Friends and Ralatives each other during the day.
Since I was a student we use to arrange a big Eid dinner inviting everone in community to a nearby restaurant. After dinner its always a small party. Newly married couple are invited on stage and we have a bit of a fun...
Everyone have their own way of celebrating the day but at least Prayer is common everywhere.
Hope I am clear enough....0 -
BTW Thank you to Anastacia & Edinburghlass...0
