Tights Please Flash sale - missed

Tights please said they would email me today telling me when the 1 hour 50% off flash sale was going to be.
I received the email in my inbox at 14.28 - I was checking it at quarter to the hour so read it at 14.45ish.
The email said that the flash sale was at 1pm for one hour - hence I missed the sale.
Did this happen to anyone else?
very disappointed as I had a list of xmas presents I wanted to get !
I've emailed them but not sure how efficient they are after the email was delayed in the first place lol
