It is actually not a bad size, bigger than I expected.

Ah you will have to mug someone as they leave the store then :rotfl:either that or scout eBay some one will no doubt be selling box and contents separately. Be surprised if one not on there already.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -

this may well be true! Am just trying to work out if there's enough in there so I can split the contents between DD's friends, add some chocs, bath stuff/body glitter etc, put the bits in a pretty basket or the like then oh! got me a hat box

Well I bit the bullet and bought it, I have a penchant for hatboxes, the make-up isn't bad actually, I would say it verges on Urban Decay, I have some urban decay eyeshadow so I know the difference, the thick eye pencil in purple is a lovely aubergine colour and looks fab on the older eye, less harsh than black, the lippies are nice and the eyeshadow compact seems decent quality hth0

Why not you can get several gifts from one set and no one will be the wiser, that's money saving at its best (half price and several gifts to boot) :T
What about 3 x http://www.boots.com/en/Boots-Royal-Jelly-Gift-Bag_1112295/ for £7.00 to add to the gift basket?Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
I like that, it sort of swings it from being a mix n match to something a bit more special. Thanks!

I noticed today that the things in the Fearne hatbox are also sold separately as lip and eyeshadow sets (see the lower priced 3for2 Fearne items). I too really like the actual hatbox so it's on my list for the 75% sale. I use the boxes to hide all the other cosmetics clutter:o I got the Sanctuary set specially for the drawers--perfect for my desk. I will eventually use or re-gift the contents.
For people making up their own gifts from splitting gift boxes pairs of socks and perfume samples can be good things to add.Total debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000
