Advice from an old debt

Just thought I'd update this a little...saw my mate over christmas Happy new year to all btw!

He sent the letters back, and the process started again...identical letters he'd already recieved! He sent a few back but then gave up as they kept coming...the last one informed him that they now had permission for someone to come and visit him? I can only assume they expect some sort of correspondence from him and aren't getting it. Surely the effort they're putting in is far outweighing the original debt by now and isn't viable to them to persue...makes me laugh. My opinion was the letters are just computer generated anyway.
