Generally informative etc. But I was amused by Q5, about the possibility of scrapping the 25% tax free lump sums.
He claims it has been talked about but is most unlikely. But he uses the argument: "Indeed the Liberal Democrats made a specific promise before the election that they would not scrap it."
Naive? or What?
