Wedding Photographer Recommendations? - Edinburgh/Central Scotland

Can anyone recommend a wedding photographer in the Edinburgh or Central Scotland area, please?
We are looking for someone who is happy to do a few hours around the ceremony and immediately afterwards, and can take a few formal photos and some candid shots of the guests. We really want to avoid the overblown all day packages that a lot of photographers seem to offer now, and endless staged photos with every possible permutation of family and guests.
Basically, we would like to get a one or two nice shots to remember the day, and are not interested in grand albums with hundreds of photos we will probably never look at again!
Tempted to just rely on guests' photos, but I think there is value in having the expert knowledge of a professional (or good amateur) to guarantee a few nice shots.
Any experience or recommendations gratefully received.
