Hi
My son, has now decided he will house share. I think perhaps his mate letting him down has done him a favour cos I think this way he will find it easier with his cash---basically just one set amount each month and then his food!
Can anyone please give him some advice as to where to look? He did the rounds of the local shops last night to look at the adverts but to no avail! Any help would be appreciated---plus any tips! He is no great rush cos, as I mentioned in previous thread, his dad hasnt sold his house yet.
thanks everyone

Depending on where you are, gumtree.com or loot.com always have ads for flatshares, as does findaproperty.com. Universities and colleges often have inranets that students/locals can access to search for these too x0

Be careful if he intends to rent with students, they do not have to pay council tax, so although there will be a 25% reduction he would be liable for the lot....Saving for an early retirement!0

Do you have a local free newspaper with a property section? I see adverts in mine all the time for rooms to rent.Saving for an early retirement!0
