Probably not much use to many people, but I use Linux as my primary operating system so viruses, worms and malware written to run on Windows won't execute on my computer.

If it is of any worth, I haven't seen any malware warnings from either Google or WOT, and I have entered the competition.

itv-ht.rd.llnw.net is a Limelight Networks site which hosts all the ITV podcasts (and possibly the videos too). Something in the way it works is probably similar to something nasty, but I doubt if there is a genuine problem. I think you will find it is your browser (Chrome ?) that doesn't like it rather than your Internet Security suite - so I would not worry.
