As my previous post was a bit long winded i didn't get much response, basically i will be leaving the country, what should i do with my house, i will not return to it as it's too big, should i let it as is (that's if it will , it's a bit remote and people may not want to pay that much) or sell it and buy several smaller ones or invest the money, it's worth 500k, i guess it's a pure investment question now. thanks.
