I had a despatch email over a week ago, but nothing has come & the tracking reads "in depot" and hasn't moved for several days now (HDN). I emailed customer services once their "delivered by" date had passed and they replied to expect delivery yesterday. Still nothing & on the phone today they said the email should have read today. It still says "in depot" when I try to track the order!

Not impressed with HDN at all. I placed an order for lots of the 50% beauty gifts on Monday this week and that has all arrived this morning - via royal mail.

Just wondered if you all got your books OK?

I'm exactly the same, its say in driver van twice for today and yesterday but no card or anything through the door, only ordered 1 book but really want to get it, cos its for part of my Dads xmas:(

i had the same problem with a woolworths order. I hate to say but I still havent got it now, and they havent returned my money either (im in a paypal dispute) :-( i hope it gets ressolved! HDN are known for poor delivery if you google it ...i wonder what happens with all our lost goods???

well i phoned M&S and apparently they tried deliver yesterday but no card through the door or nothing, its supposedly out for deliver again to which is up til 9pm but looks like no delivery card again oh well will just have to argue it out with M&S again tomorrow

Thanks for the replies; having been told by M&S that delivery was due today, guess what - nothing again and when I phoned them back and pushed them to look into it further they admitted it was sitting in the HDN depot, awaiting me to contact them. HDN claim to have attempted delivery last week & left a card - I KNOW they did not.
So now they have re-scheduled it for me, but I'm not pleased. I do think HDN are unreliable & have told M&S so. Nothing would have happened if I hadn't made a fuss.

Update on above, & I'm hopping mad about it.
HDN claim to have had a second delivery refused (both their supposed deliveries I have been in, so they are either going to wrong address or just lying!) and the order is being returned to M&S. They cannot re-instate it as all the books I ordered are now OOS.
M&S have offered refund and a tiny bit of credit, but when I think what I would have saved, now thats 4 more presents I need to find.
Grrrrrrrr!
So disappointing.
But just be aware that if Home Delivery Network "miss" you twice, that's your order gone back.
