if you log into your M&S account you can see the state of play with your order - tells you when its been put together, gives you the tracking code, etc.

It just says "Items to be despatched soon." But someone else had this and then her order was cancelled.

I ordered at 1am on the 15th for store pick up at the weekend. I assumed that because I ordered early I would definitely get my order. I'm now a bit worried. Do M&S not reserve items for you once you've placed an order, otherwise how does store pick up ever work for deals?
Should I be trying to buy in store and have I now lost the use of the discount code on my on-line account?
Sorry for all the questions, I'm just in a huge panic now that I won't get my order!!!

I ordered the same time as you, 5 guitars (one of each), 2 straps and the drums.
I have had the drums and one guitar cancelled.

And my order was placed about 30 mins after the offer went live. Im going into store tomorrow to try and get the bits they have cancelled.
I ordered these through m&s when they had 25% off toys and they were £18.25 and my order was cancelled then too!

I have now had my amp despatched but the guitar is still "to be despatched soon." Not much good if I don't get the guitar!

I went to glasgow braehead today and they had none at all. May try Glasgow silverburn tomorrow and see if they have any left as online isnt looking too hopeful.

Mine has just updated too- I have two guitar straps on there way to me but no guitars!!
