Hello All,

Does anyone know how reliable the figures this website comes back with are? I will ofcourse be going to see a broker in a couple of weeks time once I get prmoted ( ) but just came across this site and plugged some figures in to see what it came back with. I beleibe the software they use is a web frontend to the MortgageLinked brojer software.

Any advice greatly recieved.

Cheers.

What they have on their site doesnt seem detailed enough and has nowhere near the same number of mortgages that a whole of market adviser would have with their software. So, based on that alone, I would say that it isnt just a web based front end.

I can't be sure but I am sure I saw a company with a very similar or the same name advertising on Ebay trying to tout for mortgage business.
  • Thanks for the replies. I cheked out the provider of the front end, and they seem bonafied, but alas I'm not an expert in mortgages. I won't be using this site to get my mortgage, I'd much prefer to sit down with someone in front of me, the only reason for asking was to see how reliable the figures they came back with were!

    Cheers.
