Competition terms and conditions

1. The competition is a free prize draw and is organised by Bridge the World, a trading name of STA Travel Ltd of 6 Wrights Lane, London W8 6TA ("STA Travel")

2. By entering the competition entrants agree that they have read and fully understood these terms and be bound by them. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions then you may not enter this competition.

3. This competition is only open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Excluding employees of Bridge the World and STA Travel, their families and anyone else professionally associated with this competition.

4. One winner and their chosen guest will receive A) Flights: a prize of return flights up to the value of £2000 in total to spend on Qantas tickets to Australia via Bangkok. These tickets can be used only on a route from the UK to Australia via Bangkok only. Booking of tickets is subject to availability and must be completed by 30th June 2011. Once bookedall dates and names are final and cannot be changed. Accommodation and Tours: Selected accommodation and tours from the Bridge the World product range. All accommodation is included. Product selection and level is subject to availability and therefore cannot be specified until flights are booked.

5. Any applicable local payments and/or taxes will need to be paid for by the winner

6. The winner of this competition should ensure that they obtain any required visas, vaccinations, travel-insurance, permissions and comply with any conditions of travel.

7. The competition closes midnight on November 25th 2010.

8. Travel must be booked by 31st March 2011. All travel is also subject to booking date availability of the relevant supplier.

9. Once booked, prizes are strictly non transferable and the prize is subject to availability. Bridge the World reserves the right to exchange prizes for others of equal or greater value.

10. The winner will be notified by email and/or by phone within 4 weeks of closing date where correct information has been supplied upon entry. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts to do so within 7 days, a second winner will be drawn - if after no contact is made after reasonable attempts to do so within a further 7 days the prize will be forfeit.

11. The winner’s name and prize may be disclosed to anyone who enquires within one month after the published closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Bridge the World Australia Competition: Marketing Department, Bridge the World 6 Wrights Lane, London W8 6TA.

12. Bridge the World reserves the right to use the names or winners, for publicity purposes only.

13. Where a winner has been selected and Bridge the World discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe they have used any software or automated process either to answer questions or to make bulk entries, Bridge the World may select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these terms. Bridge the World reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries. Bridge the World's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Bridge the World shall not be liable to any entrant or winner for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of this competition.

15. The prize is not transferable for cash and is not valid with any other Bridge the World offer.

16. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prev
