Scrap These STUPID Psychometric Tests!

Why are so many of these employers using these utterly RIDICULOUS psychometric questionnaires when recruiting? These damned things are making it harder for people to get a job. The government should scrap them and order these firms to return to more sensible methods of recruiting.

Another thread about these tests, you clearly dont have much luck with them so stop applying for jobs that ask for 1 to be completed, you will save yourself alot of time doing so, you must be doing something wrong then, they are here to stay im afraid truegho
