Orange coverage in Warrenpoint area.

Hi everyone,
I have an Orange Network Pay monthly mobile. I realise the coverage is patchy, but since the end of September the phone is virtually unuseable in the warrenpoint area. I contacted Orange and they said that they had done some work to the mast in the local area and they completed the work mid October but things are still rubbish.

Has anyone else on the Orange network in and around warrenpoint noticed this?

Many thanks

Did you try signing up to the T-Mobile mast sharing?

  • Agree with you completely - my signal has become rubbish (not that it was ever fantastic) My contract is up in April and will definately be leaving , not sure where to though. I did sign up for the T-Mobile sharing but its still crap!!!
  • I took out a contract on Orange in April, coverage was ok not great, but in the last 6 weeks it went from poor to non existent, I got on to Orange a few times who didn't even admit there was an issue, so I emailed the CEO, he phoned back and let me out of my contract, maybe this might be an option for you? I am in the Mid Ulster area btw, it seems to be O2 is the only way to go in Northern Ireland.
  • Any chance you could pm me the email address for that and the basic content that proved successful?
  • Hi thanks for the response. Like a previous poster, I signed up to the T-mobile sharing, but it didn't make a blind bit of difference.

I have phoned Orange for the past 6 weeks but just keep getting fobbed off.

I asked for an address to write to Orange customer service but the operator would not or could not give me an address to write to. She advised me to send an e-mail which is of no use as they e-mail back and tell you to phone 150!!

Can anyone help me with an address?
