Not sure if this is the right thread to put this in but on returning something to asda yesterday I was told that as from the end of October they WILL NOT refund items returned without a receipt. Just thought I'd let anyone interested know.

no no no, after the end of october Asda is changing it's refund policy. if you change your mind then they'll refund the product no questions asked whether you have your receipt or not. (except for electrical goods):A I love MSE!!! :A0

Wow, is that right? I like a good no-quibble refund policy and sometimes do tear myself away from Tesco to avail myself of some Asda bargains.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
