chicken risotto.
Dead easy0 -
chicken stuffed with boursin cheese with bacon wrapped round it. 30 - 40 mins in oven depending on size of chicken, dead easy, doesn't need basted, turned etc, just leave to cook. new potatoes and seasonal veg0

I thought maybe chicken too.
You could try coq au vin. If you're really in a rush..or clueless...;)..you could use a packet mix...otherwise, just fry off some chicken pieces in butter if you like..throw into a casserole dish, then fry onions, chopped bacon & a little garlic until soft/cooked & add to dish. You could add a few herbs..thyme or maybe a bouquet garni (remove before serving)...mushrooms too if liked, maybe carrots & then chicken stock & a glass or so of red wine, then pop into the oven for about 3/4 hour or so.0
