it says 2 pack of socks, not 2 pairs so i would say you have got what was advertised

They are also removing items that were in the sale, this morning I was checking the price on a Canon EOS d550 - it was around £630.
I wanted to check it came with a lens (as the picture had it but the text did not mention it) and when I went to look again it was no longer listed0 -
I have bought things many a time that say 2 pack - tops, socks, vests and thats never been the case with those.
Debenhams are selling other socks as a 3 pack, it would be a bit strange to receive 3 socks?
The original price is £5 which is rather steep for one pair of socks.
Anyway after 20 mins on the phone to customer service they are re-sending the socks with a note on to ensure 2 pairs are sent.0 -
just bought my mum a (hopefully) gorgeous Arran Aromatics gift set from the Debenhams site which is currently half price, from £40 down to £20 - I know she loves this kind of stuff so hopefully she'll be chuffed come Christmas!

I give up with Debs. customer services today, I think they have extra staff in to handle the sale!! Spent over 20 mins on the phone this morning trying to explain that I have not received an order, although the tracking details claim it was delivered. I had a delivery of 3 orders at the time, but not 4 as I was expecting and the carrier says I have had, guy in CS could not get his head around this, seems to think its been despatched (yes) and it will turn up in a few days!!! (me thinks not)0
