Unempolyment Plans In Companies

Hi,
I just recently found out that some companies have payment plans in place for people with financial difficulty especially on income support/JSA. Is this with near enough every company? Just found out BT have a basic plan for people on JSA and IS! £4.50per month line rental!

Most utility companies have social tariffs. However, not everyone on means tested benefits will qualify and they may not offer best value. The BT plan is only really suitable for people that do not use the phone!Gone ... or have I?0
