Whoopsied Xmas cake mix...what would be in flour sachet?

At the beginning of the year, I bought a box of Jane Asher Christmas cake mix as it was reduced to 37p for the whole lot and I wanted the dried fruit. I used up the fruit, and eventually used up the marzipan and ready icing. I am now left with a bag of the flour mixture. I have no idea what is is it as the box has long been recycled.
Any idea what would be in it? I never use packet mixes and don't know if there would be much raising agent or even if it would have sugar.
I do bake a lot, and sorted out and listed my baking cupboard contents, hence the question.
If anyone could help, I would appreciate it.
