recently recieved a letter from them regarding unpaid council tax of £602, im not disputing i dont owe them the money but what is the law regarding payment plans?
i have browsed through various threads and posts , and have since sent them an email; saying i can afford to pay £100 pcm, with extra on top if and when more cash becomes available, are they likely to accept this and what should be my plan of action should they refuse, thanks in advance for ny advice given.

You seem to have posted the same question three times.
I note on another post that this is for this years Council Tax, is the amount you have offered what you have spare after all essentials are paid or is £100 the amount you would normally pay per month for Council Tax.
I am assuming that you are using the figure after essentials, if you are you actually need to offer them what the normal Ctax payment would be plus whatever else you have spare each month.
Equita will probably send in the bailiffs, they don't often make arrangements until the bailiff has been to see if you have anything of value.
Each time you receive a letter extra is put on the debt, same as when the bailiff visits.
Do you have anything to sell which would cover this debt?
