Hi All
I just wondered if anyone knew who Lloyds pass theirs onto, as I have been informed my debt will be passed on at long last!

Hi
Lloyds credit card debt will get passed to Financial Management Unit (within Lloyds), then it goes to Consumer Debt Recovery (within Lloyds). You can make arrangements with either of these but FMU can only accept a percentage of the debt whereas CDR can accept smaller payments.
While the debt is bieng passed on you will receive letters from SCM (Sechiari, Clarke & Mitchell) who threaten legal action.
If no arrangement is in place then the debt will probably then go to BLS (part of Lloyds), after that if no arrangement it can go to any of the usual debt agencies!!

Thanks EE
I am making payments via CCCS, but I've had nothing but hassell from Lloyds, so the sooner its passed on the better for me

Can anyone confirm if it goes from Collections straight to Consumr Debt Recovery?
Has anyone had dealings with this Financial Management Unit? Informed again today they don't speak to anyone on the phone.£29,500+ of debt cleared Jul 2010 >> Dec 2011.....
Now facing same again with £65,000 :mad:0 -
Mine was with Scm and Lloyds collections for 6 months, then went to Moorcroft who are who I deal with now, however despite being in a written agreement with them ive now started getting letters from Westcott doh. Ignored these of course.
To be honest a debt collector is a debt collector, they may all deal slightly different but if you want it in writing you get it in writing and if they dont like it they dont get.0
