i was wondering where someone could recommend an idependant software i dont want to use windows xps built in program
so please dont suggest it that being that it wont find the camera because it is one of the mickey mouse free ones that someone posted here

didnt the camera come with some software?
the 2 mickey mouse free ones i got did... ie staples and which,
but i tend to use another program, that came with my HP printer/scanner
have a look at https://www.tucows.comsmile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....:cool:

What exactly do you want to do with the images?
A good one to have even if you have other software is IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com).
Its freeware too!0 -
I can recommend irfanview as well. Excellent for cropping and brightening pics when the face is in darkness (like lots of mine
). Haven't quite cracked redeye yet so I take pics in lots of light if possible
