mines probably 3 or 4 years old by now and it wont print properly (prob my own fault for always using compatible ink cartridges
)
so hubbys promised me a new one for xmas :j
I currently have an Epson Stylus DX600 and it suits my needs, which are mainly printing ebay invoices, address labels and some photos.
I had an Epson before this one (which the kids still have on their pc), so I dont have any experience with any other brands, so I need some help please
I want a printer/scanner combo that will print good photos & wont mind being used most days. I would like it as cheap as possible, but reliable. I dont mind buying online or in the shop. I do have a Staples card (cant remember if that'll give me a discount or not
) and a WHSmith card.
thanks in advance

why do people all ways blame the compat cartridges for there printer going faulty.
you dont blame the petrol in your car if it goes bust??

lack of evidence of anything else wrong & lack of knowledge. I would love to be able to fix it so i dont have to replace it, but i have exhausted my limited expertise. i changed all the carts at the same time, tried aligning the print heads (none of the lines would align, no matter how many time i tried) & cleaning the print heads. Sometimes it'll work better than others, but it is NEVER the photo quality it once was & is supposed to be.
If you think you know how it can be fixed, then please feel free to enlighten me

Same! I print out a lot of cases and journals for uni and it does double sided printing which is good.
The model I have is ESP 3250 £70 from Amazon, before I was using Epson SX215. Saved so much just from switching!War does not determine who is right - only who is left.0 -
