Well thanks for everyones help and support i today received a cheque for £722.00 but have been charged £112.00 whilst claiming! haha so gota start again!
i am well on my way to being debt free, there is such a big weight lifted off my shoulders!!! :money: :beer:

Well i went through it all with Capital One and received phone calls asking "how much dya want?" haha i laughed! But iv filed my claim so hopefully more money back!!! x0

Whoo hoo congrats to you all as it gives me hope too, to hear about your sucess stories. Rung Smeg, err Egg today to start the ball rolling. I might be dyslexic where numbers are concerned but I managed to work out I've been charged nearly £500 in the last six months...and i've been with em two years.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRr. So angry at the moment it'l be them needing their fingers and toes to count on when I'm finished with em.....:mad:
