Bit mad

won a comp a few months back for a hair makeover worth over £400... it was for a colour, restyle and treatment, i have just had it done and its very nice but looking on their web page it was worth arround £150, it cost me loads in petrol and i wouldn't have gone if i would have known because it not worth it
i asked them about hair treatment because i was thinking about a straightening treatment worth £210 but they just shampoo and a normal treatment that u would get at a salon
im just mad that they lied about the cost and can they do this?

Hey hun, did they not give you a goodie bag worth of treatments and hair products to take away. If not I too would have been upset. Maybe email the people who organised the competition. You never know they could send you some stuff or may even allow you to have another hair cut/ colour in a few months when you need it re-done.
There is no harm in emailing them
