Mrs Groomy has just managed to get the Great British Menu book from WH Smiths for only £4.74.
It's RRP is £18.99 and is available online in their sale for £8.99. But grab is quick from Smiths for £4.74 !!
Not sure if this offer is country wide but it was a great series and sounds like a good book.

If it costs more than 50p to go to town iit might be worth taking a look at Amazon bearing in mind you need to order something else to get free postage they have it for £9.49.
Book 2 is due out Mar 2007

I found a large supply of these in WH Smith, P'boro @ £4.74. I bought 2 for myself and one for a friend. Thanks again Groomy, its a great bargain!0
