to the eon-rep - i think your company would be doing all your customers a favour if you got rid of this woolly term and condition.

how can it help any customer to be told we might apply it,then again we might not.

what you are really saying is - do you feel lucky??

its these types of rules and regs that get companies in trouble with watchdog etc and scare customers into staying.

to the person who asked the question i have yet to know any person who has yet had the charge applied if you leave within the last couple of weeks of your contract, and if you did get charged i would contest it as the t+c is so flimsy you could easily overturn the charge.

and this is from somebody who used to work for this company.

There's nothing I can do personally to change the T&C's, but I can certainly pass this on for feedback to the relevant people.
