hut no dvd with TOY STORY pjamas

hi i have just had an email from the hut confirming that I should have ordered the dvd if i wanted it to go with the pyjamas and with a unique code if i want to add it to the order. So looks like no such a good grabbit as we thought as all we will get is the pjamas:(

Is there an original thread this could have been tagged on to ? It's not really suitable for grabbit.

I said the offer was wrong yesterday, after cancelling my order(read the quidco page where the offer was worded correctly)
shame though ....at least they emailed eveyone instead of sending out pjs.....hopefully we wont get a huge long disgruntled thread from people slating The Hut

Regardless of the email, there will be multiple people in the consumer rights forum or on grabbit whinging about bad service, fraud, etc etc.

My problem with them is the wording of the email. Had they said a mistake had been made I would have accepted that no question but they made out they were doing me a favour by pointing out that I could save money by adding on the dvd and if not they would just send out the pjs as ordered, when clearly the confirmation email stated the combo pack had been ordered and would be sent out on 22 november(release date for The DVD)

Why try to be clever about it why not admit to their mistake which they have been doing when people phoned them to complain.
  • They have issued everyone who ordered a code to allow them to buy the Blu-ray on its own for £10 so still a bargain if thats all you were buying the PJs for.
