Next Spring/Summer Preview 15% off

Yes i know we're not even into winter yet but I have had an email through today offering me 15% off the preview collection until 21st November, however whenever I click on the link which takes me to the next site to log in, I log in but it will only take me to the normal next site and not the preview collection, has anyone else had this?

I had the same email but it does work and takes me straight to the preview if I click the link and sign in. If I just sign into the site normally the first thing it takes me to is a menu asking if I want to view the preview. Might be wrth a call as it definitely on there.

Ive got the email but I carnt see the preview, just get taken to quickshop, its really annoying same happened last time
Its showing up on the menu when i sign in and I have tried email link. same happens

It looks like its taking us to quick shop and not showing a preview as they are delivering actual preview directories this time. Mine arrived this morning, full size book but with soft cover.

I haven't had the e-mail but when I went into my account the offer of a preview was there but it only takes me to quickshop too!! Annoying

I'm only getting the quick shop page as well- but my preview book was delivered last night so I guess you have to flip through the book then just enter the codes to order.

Same problem for me, I've had the email with the link to quickshop but still have no directory, I've sent three emails to Next about it since Friday but still had no reply from them either...

Give them a call. They put you onto the internet helpdesk. I haven't tried it for this preview, but the same was happening for the last preview and they were very helpful. They took me through it whilst I was sitting at the computer (can't remember what I was doing wrong tho ...sorry!) x

I called them but they said I should have received a preview book and that the preview wasn't available to view online so they would chase it up for me.
Well, I haven't received my book so unless it comes tomorrow I won't be able to take advantage of this preview

I've had the same problem, sent them an email earlier and they replied within minutes. They said if I haven't received my book by tomorrow, they will extend the preview for me.
