    Does anybody know how you collect in store? Do you print off the page it takes you to when you select Redeem Now?

    It does say on the website that it is available "from Martin's and McColl's participating stores in Scotland/N.England" so that's probably why there was a reduced list of participating stores. Unfortunately that rules me out for a freebie but still didn't seem had for £1.99 to me so ordered anyway.
