I spoke with CS about this too as eventually I got a Kinect in my basket. The girl I spoke to was really helpful and rang me back after she confirmed the T&C's.

As said above the voucher needs to be used within 7 days, is not available for use on pre-orders, CAN NOT be used on the new COD Black OPs release and the xbox Kinect.

Oh thats a shame, as Ive got £20 off £100 and I was going to buy 3 games, but it has to inc COD!
