no i own 10% , santander said if i had 20% ownership i would be classed as a company director then they could take into account all of the dividends.0 -

Interesting set-up.
Quite possibly the Company at some point will come in for an IR35 investigation by the HMRC. (In your case well below a living wage and certainly no where near a salary commensurate with your position).
Another factor is you are also being paid below the minimum wage! On the basis that you work full time hours, your salary should be at least a minimum of 11,500 per annum.0
