my son has 2 defaults on his credit both paid in full he is trying to get a mortgage with his partner they will have 15% deposit by december can they apply now as they have found a house
also wont be on electoral roll until december as has just moved back home any help please

When did the defaults occur and for how much?
What are their earnings?
How much do they want to borrow?
