• Entrants to this prize draw must be aged 18 or over, be a resident in the UK, and hold a valid UK passport.
• Purchase is not necessary.
• Employees and the immediate families of Boots UK Limited, John Frieda, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not entitled to enter the prize draw.
• This competition closes 23:59 on the 22/12/2010.
• An independent party will randomly select the winner after 23/12/2010 from all valid entries.
• The winner will be notified by the 06/01/2010 by email – this must be acknowledged by the winners, by email, within 72 hours. Failure to respond to this email means an alternative winner will be selected from all valid entries received.
• Responsibility will not be accepted for loss, delay and corruption of any data in transit or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.
• Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
• There is one prize of a VIP-style three-night trip to New York for the winner and their guest to be won. The prize includes return economy international flights from London to New York, airport taxes and passenger service charge, airport transfers in New York only, three nights' accommodation at a 4* Hotel (room only), £500 spending money and a complete hair makeover for the winner only at the John Frieda® New York Salon, including a colour, hair cut and blow-dry by a top stylist, relaxing head massage and complimentary travel to and from the salon.
• The Promoter will book and pay for the prize as the agent for the winner and the winner's guest. The winner and their guest shall be responsible for all other costs associated with the prize, including, but not limited to, any travel costs to and from the London airport, insurance and any additional spending money. The winner's preferred date of travel will be subject to flight, hotel and salon appointment availability and must include a Saturday night stay. The trip must be taken by no later than 31/09/2011, excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter periods.
• All prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available.
• The prize winner and guest will be bound by any terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the prize. The winner's guest must be aged 18 or over.
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
• We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding the prize if necessary.
• The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
