Does anyone know if I reserve an item online and pick up in store if they would honour the £5 voucher? It states that the voucher can't be used for online transactions so was wondering if this included reserving items online too.

yes, you should be able to reserve an item and then use the voucher when you go to pick it up/buy it. you're just reserving it on line and not carrying out a transaction. you can also ring the store to get them to reserve an item - might put your mind at ease before you travel. use saynoto0870 to get your local number.
