It says one per transaction on the vouchers that you print off.

The bad thing about this is that although it says one per household, they haven't got anything in place to actually limit you. They haven't thought everything through, e.g. if i were running this promo, i'd have a system in place that capped people's address entries to one entry throughout the whole promotion as at the moment the only thing people need to do to make another entry is change their email address and it goes through. Hence the fault is theirs for not really thinking things through. That said, i don't think people should go overboard.

Don't you think gathering a few hundred is exceptionally greedy? I would have thought if a few hundred people could get £5 off an item would be better than one very greedy person doing so many out of this. You may pass the code onto family and friends but to take so many beggars belief! Once you are 'bored' with it, as you say, you'll pass on the code on to everyone here. By that time Head Office will have changed the promotional because of greedy people. It would have been better to leave them for others to get the £5 off in the first instance. Remember it also gives pleasure to share in this world and not just to look after yourself. :(

    And I agree with ScratchandSniff.

I knew some people would get all defensive about taking so many...
but why? if a shop had 1000's in... no staff limiting to how many you could take... I even asked the manager about it, he said he cannot stop anyone from not taking them... nor how many!

they do have control over what you buy in store, hence I got told only 1 per household in one of the stores... but still wont stop me going back tomorrow and changing outfits.

people here or Hotdeals, will praise or knock you down no matter what you do, but... give everyone still here wants something for nothing...

and I'm sure you would not complain if I had emailed you a number of the codes myself... would you...

    anyway,
simple fact is... there promo system has massive flaws in it, waste of paper & ink, should have been a purchase limit on the vouchers and been web based to receive them... limit I.P address and not emails would have done the job, but at the end of the day, where there's a will... there's away. :money:

edit.. oh yea... don't forget... 15million... that's 15million they have codes for.
the shops I went into had 1000's of them, not one staff was watching, or... could care less how many I took. hence... 8 trips to the car,

I couldn't see any other major company run something so amature like this.
specially... T&C and how its been run.

Not sure why you have not seen it on TV but I have seen it advertised several times! They have also put so much into the brochures and giving away the marketing budget to customers that they will only have so much to pay for air time!

BTW these are two stores in Peterborough (they have 1000's)
    vouchers.jpg

so far I've typed in... must be 150+ and all are £5 codes...
giving them away to friends & family, as I have my own sever can create multiple emails.

once I've done enough and got bored, I'll post the PDF files for everyone. (as I've been saving them all on a disk) :j

Ah so it was you who filled up your boot! Just wanted to let you know you were reported to the police by our management as this is classed as theft as it clearly states one per household.

I too went to my local currys today and redeemed 15 vouchers. The girl behind the till laughed and said 'you've got the right idea!' She explained to me that they dont mind that i was redeeming so many, in fact she and another member of staff actively encouraged me to take a huge bagful and even packed them for me. She said that they had another 1000 copies in their warehouse that they had to get rid of and there was a good 700 at the front of the store. As I was leaving the store the ASSISTANT MANAGER stopped me.....and offered to carry my bags! He saw that I had a lot of copies and he laughed too and asked if I wanted him to bring me some more to my car!

So Im sorry Keri1988-your talking cr*p.
    £20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**

Thats because Currys staff don't have a clue! And he probably fancied you lol.

I'm not talking cr*p because it clearly states one per household.
