Hi everyone
I've had my mortgage products for about a year, so I was thinking it's about time to just check that they're competitive.
My personal mortgage is with the Halifax - 4.99%
My 'buy to let' is with the Coventry - 5.9% (interest only)
They have both risen with the interest rate rises. Neither of which i'm tied into.
Has anyone just been checking on their mortgages and the market and seen anything I should be looking at?
kind regards
Alex

depends on the size of your mortgage / pens etc
for large fees could drop personal mortgage to 3.99% abd b2L to 5.19%
(very quick look)
