Nintendo Wii & fit board

Hi, my friend at work has lost lots of weight by using her Wii Fit & board for half an hour each night and so she highly recommends it, so where do I start as I am clueless...... Wii Fit or Wii Fit Plus etc??

Just want to do the basics and I am sure that my 3 year old twin boys will love it too so where do I start and are there any offers/bargains around?

There are lots of different games you can buy for the WII fit board, including yoga which is great. I recommend you look around on the internet and compare different website's prices. I brought a PS3 for my boyfriend for his Christmas present from play.com and saved myself a great deal, look around on there and see if they do any package deals. If so then you're sure to save money. And about games, you should just look around and see which ones you prefer, my friend lost weight on her WII fit and board, too.
