Verbaudet are a pain to deal with - avoid

Just had a bad experience with Vertbaudet who took nearly 3 months to finally and completely refund my money after I returned some clothes to them that didn't fit.

In the meantime I was told I needed to open a credit account with them. Their billing system made it unnecessarily difficult to work out what was going on, with transaction amounts split between months.

Any phone call to them put me on hold for half an hour before I could speak to anyone.

And emails to them took over a week to respond to too.

They sent me a 'cheque' refund that was certainly not a cheque and then didn't believe me when I finally managed to speak to them about it.

Needless to say I won't be shopping with them again! Rant over.

Thanks for the warning. I have seen their catalogue a few times and have been tempted by the first time order discount, but never actually ordered. This will make me think twice.
