The CIS Guaranteed Annuity Rate might not apply if you choose a Spouses Pension at retirement.
This is something most couples choose so that a surviving partner would benefit from a spouses pension should the pension holder die first.
(You might be a bit surprised to get a reply after nearly 3 years but I was trying to find some CIS Bonus Rate info through Google and it brought up your thread.)0
